Me and my sister visited the Gino D’acampo restaurant in Leeds at the weekend the staff were very friendly and more than happy to get me a gluten free menu. The menu was set out lovely, they could offer starters, pastas, main courses and desserts gluten free.
I ordered the penne bolognaise it was delicious the pasta was cooked thoroughly and the sauce was both tomato and creamy it was a lovely mix! We had a few glasses of prosecco from the prosecco bar too, there was a lot of choice.
The staff seemed very aware about gluten intolerances and reassured me my meal was gluten free. The clearly labelled separate gluten free menu also put me at ease from the beginning. They added a compulsory service charge of 10% of the bill which I personally don’t like but it was average priced for the food as we had the gluten free pasta, a pizza and 3 glasses of prosecco and it came to £46.75.
